To May 23	$200.00 night / plus tax and cleaning
May 24th - Aug 9th	$1400.00 plus tax & cleaning/ June & July weekly only Sat-Sat
Fall	$145.00 night / plus tax and cleaning 3 night minimum
Spring	$150.00 night /plus tax and cleaning fee

Please Note: weekly rate includes tax, cleaning fee not included in weekly rate.
Add 12% tax to nightly rate, $80.00 one time cleaning fee & $300.00 Returnable Deposit
NO SMOKING in the condo

$12.00 fee for parking pass/ limit 2
