We have recently finished remodeling the kitchen and both baths of this already beautiful condo. New appliances, Cabinets and Counter Tops. Can't believe it is the same place.
This vacation rental condo is the absolute 'Cream of the Crop for a family vacation' and believe it or not, just 10 minutes from the Walmart Superstore on Front Beach Rd (open 24 hrs) a great place to pick up your last minute shopping items, sunscreen, suntan lotion, snacks,etc. Also Panama City Beach has the best deep sea fishing in the world right on the Gulf of Mexico! Let's not forget the world known Dan Russel fishing Pier, an anglers paradise is now open and boasts having the multi-million Pier Park which features Margaritaville, Tootsie's (Live entertainment nightly), Hofbrau German Pub and lots of seafood restaurants as well as great shopping at Dillards, JC Penny Target, etc. Also during the summer there is FREE live entertainment on Thursday Nights in Pier Park....something for everyone!
If you prefer deepsea fishing, you can always get on a Captain Anderson's party boat for 4, 10 and 12 hour outings where they furnish all bait, tackle and even berths for resting. You'll be able to catch Red Snapper, Grouper and many other kinds of great fish. It is true that pulling a LARGE grouper up is almost like pulling a barn door off the ocean floor with a fishing rod. A great experience and also great exercise!

This Panama City Beach Deluxe vacation rental by owner is on the 6th floor of the east corner at Watercrest Condominium Resort which is located on 6201 Thomas Drive. It has a large 75' long wrap around balcony with an AWESOME view of the gulf, where you can watch schools of Dolphins or just sit and enjoy the tide come and go on the beautiful white sugar sand beaches. Being on the East side be ready for the most awesome sunrises you have ever seen.
This vacation rental condo has been beautifully decorated with comfort and relaxation in mind. Each bedroom has its own TV with a VCR. The living room has a BIG SCREEN TV with surround sound (just like in the movies) VCR and DVD players. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and also shares the wrap balcony. The guest room has two queen-size beds with a private balcony overlooking the tennis courts and has a large adjoining bath. The kitchen is fully furnished. Linens are also furnished.

Absolutely no one under the age of 25 without adult supervision. Spring break the deposit will be $1000.00 for your protection as well as ours. The deposit will be completely returned if the condo is left just the way you found it other than the normal cleaning.
